We offer a standard delivery service that takes up to two working days for your goods to arrive, from receipt of your order. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Fenella Trading Ltd. shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within the estimated timescales
The delivery charges are applied at the checkout and there is only one delivery charge per order.
Delivery is free within UK mainland including the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland for orders over £75
Fenella Trading Ltd. delivery charges are £4.95 per order, within UK mainland including the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The rest of Europe is charged at £12.50 under 3 kilos and then per kilo and in line with selected carrier rates after that.
International shipping is charged at £15.00 under 3 kilos and then per kilo and in line with selected carrier rates after that.
For delivery outside of UK, Fenella Trading Ltd. will arrange for a fixed fee courier service up to 3 Kilos, charged at checkout.
If your item is over 3kilos a member of our team will contact you and tell you how much the delivery will be. If you are not satisfied then a full refund will be offered.
Where we deliver:
Fenella Trading Ltd. is able to deliver your goods to any address within Europe including Greek Islands, Balearic’s, UK mainland including the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland, all countries within the European Union and internationally (with some restrictions determined on a case by case basis).
Please note that on delivery our carriers need to obtain a signature from you. Our carriers will not be able to deliver goods without such signature.

In respect of which you find a fault within a reasonable time after delivery. Subject to confirmation of the fault, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price of the goods at your option.
Due to health and safety at work regulations we require any used faulty goods to be in a clean condition before accepting them for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse goods that are excessively soiled as they would be rejected by our suppliers;
We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged packaging. Also note that we cannot exchange or accept a return on base-layers or underwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.
Please allow up to 21 days from the receipt of your return for a refund to be processed. The delivery charge is non-refundable and unless otherwise agreed between us, you must pay for the costs of return of the goods to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to return or exchange products:
If you would like to return any goods to us then you can do so by: Going to a Fenella Trading Ltd. retail outlet – you can return goods purchased through the website at our fenella.com store with the presentation of the delivery note supplied by us in respect of such goods as proof of purchase.
To: Fenella Trading Ltd. 77 High Street, Ware, SG12 9AD enclosing the returns form and we will arrange to refund your card.
Our store can issue a refund. Alternatively, you may exchange product(s) for goods of an equal value, for which you will receive a new receipt.
Returning the goods by post:
You can return goods purchased through the website to our returns centre.
If you wish to receive replacement goods, please order them in the normal way via our website or contact our sales team on: +44 (0) 1920 412272.
To return any goods to the returns centre, please use either the Royal Mail postal service (for small parcels). If the item is small and can be returned in the original packaging (e.g. jiffy bag) then please use the returns label attached to the delivery note.
For our records you will be asked to complete the reason for your return and this form will then need to be returned with the goods to enable us to identify your goods on receipt and process your return immediately.
Once the returned goods have been received and checked by our returns centre the value of the returned goods at the time of purchase, will be refunded (less delivery charge) in full, to the same card that you used to purchase the goods.
